  • You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details. For more information about our delivery charges see our shipping section.
  • theskinyourein.co.uk offers many different delivery and shipping options to the UK, Ireland & Channel Islands. Please see the shipping section for further information.
  • Orders are despatched with one of our delivery partner who may require a signature, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Products.
  • We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on the theskinyourein.co.uk website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If the Products are not delivered within 15 working days within the UK, please contact us by telephone or email along with your order number and we will make immediate investigations.

  • Please Order from the theskinyourein.co.uk websites with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as theskinyourein.co.uk cannot be responsible for this.
  • theskinyourein.co.uk cannot be held responsible for items that have been lost in the post if incorrect Delivery Address details have been provided. Please see the shipping section for further information.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Lost Orders

From time to time orders are mislaid by our couriers, and whilst this is a very rare occurrence, we do depend on our customers to help us as much as reasonably possible. We take our responsibilities as a seller very seriously and in order that we may replace the items we must receive either an electronic or physical copy of our Denial Of Receipt Document that we will send to you under these circumstances. As soon as we receive the Denial Of Receipt Document we will then instantly be able to process the replacement order. We will not be able to replace any missing products without the receipt of the Denial Of Receipt Document.

 

Returns

Important:  Should you experience a Skin Response, please contact us to discuss. 

We believe that you will be delighted with your Products but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.

  1. Unwanted Products
  • Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order with the theskinyourein.co.uk websites. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days of Order, with the despatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P).
  • We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier.
  • You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.
  • Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Products excluded such as these are clearly marked on the product information page.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • We reserve the right to deduct the Postage and Packaging Cost incurred by us when Free Shipping was available on your order.

2. Faulty Products

  • We try to select, produce and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you Ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Product to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. We will provide you with a prepaid return label which must be used to return the items and can be used within any UK Post Office. We cannot refund any costs incurred or if you have been incorrectly charged.

Returning dermalogica 

At theskinyourein.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Products returned for any reason. We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from theskinyourein.co.uk and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Please note: you will need to return any free promotional items as well to receive a full refund. Delivery charge is non-refundable.

All returns must be pre-approved by customer service and submitted via our 

Please contact customer service within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order. 

Please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Submit your return via customer services .If prompted you will be asked to upload a photo of your item. theskinyourein.co.uk will not accept images from our website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own Dermalogica order with packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund.
  2. Our customer service team will be in contact within 5 working days with instructions for returns. It is the customer's responsibility to repackage the items for return. theskinyourein.co.uk does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.
  3. If a collection is needed these are within the 9am-5pm Monday to Friday time frame. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available and present for the collection to take place.

All RMAs are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.
